This form is for Initial Application for Membership in the Nuclear Weapons Technicians Association. This is NOT for Membership Renewals. Please sign in to the website for the Membership Renewal page. All information entered here is used for NWTA membership purposes only.   Non-members will only see that you are a member of the NWTA, but will not have access to any other information.    Home and email addresses can only be viewed by other NWTA members.

Member Profile
Please list your middle name or initial. We find that this info is needed if we visit DoE sites at our conventions. If you have no middle name or initial, use the old military standby NMN.
First and last name will be shared with other visitors to the site. For special events, only logged on members will see that you're attending the event.

Show your current military status, active, retired, honorably discharged, or civilian.
Enter your current, or the last rank held in the Military. If Civilian, enter GS level, or CIV.
Enter the date you entered the Military: YYYY-MM-DD Civilians enter the date you began your Government Service, or leave at default date. If you don't remember the exact DAY, just enter '01' for the day.
Enter the date you retired or were discharged from the Military: YYYY-MM-DD. Civilians: enter the date you left your Government Service, or leave at default date. If you do not remember the exact day, enter '01'.

Associate Member Response Only: Please enter the reason you're requesting membership in the NWTA.
Please enter the locations where you were stationed during your career. Please enter in the format: Base:Squadron/Unit:From & To Dates For associate membership requests, please enter locations where you worked, moved with your military spouse, etc.
Enter the AFSC you last held, if not a Nuclear Weapons AFSC (IE: 331x0A, 463x0, 2W2) show the last time you worked in the Nuclear Weapons field in your list of Bases or your biography. Civilians enter your GS level, or CIV.
Please give a short biography of yourself. You have 1024 characters.

NWTA Membership Dues are recognized as being tax deductable  under IRS Code 501(c)(19).

NWTA Mailing Address

The NWTA mailing address has changed, as our Treasurer has moved from Missouri to New Mexico. This address will be valid for the next year, perhaps a bit longer.
