Wallace H. Payne, 85, died peacefully on July 19, 2010. Born in Rochester, NY on February 14, 1925. Preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Sakae, he is survived by his son Jay and daughter Kay (Rocky), and grandchildren Edward, Lisa, Marion and great granddaughter Jasmine.
