Russell Scott Richardson, 82, a resident of Albuquerque since May 1986, died Sunday, March 17, 2002.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Mildred Richardson of the family home; son, Robert S. Richardson and wife, Joan of Bear, DE; daughters, Margaret Thompson and husband, Thomas of Albuquerque and Virginia Kulpit and husband, Michael of Honolulu, HI; 15 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Mr. Richardson served 22 years in the US Air Force retiring in 1963. He served as a non-commissioned officer in charge of Nuclear Weapons Section, 37th Munitions Maintenance Squadron at KAFB. He received a commendations medal for meritorious service.
Mr. Richardson was a member of First Baptist Church in Edgewood, Air Force Sergeants Assoc., AARP, and had worked for Sears Roebuck and DeVries and Company.
Memorial Services have taken place and interment of cremains will be held at Santa Fe National Cemetery.

and at Walker AFB, Roswell, NM from ’60 to his retirement in ’63 (37th MMS)."
