Lennart (Ted) Tillman was born on December 1, 1932 in Cambridge, Massachusetts to parents David E. and Julia M. Tillman. He was a long time resident of Colorado Springs, Colorado, moving here in 1973. Ted was retired from the U.S. Air Force Academy. He married his loving wife, Rosa Tillman in 1961. He enjoyed life and enjoyed bowling at Pete Field, traveling. He took many trips to Blackhawk to play blackjack.
Ted is survived by his wife, two brothers, Gus (Mary) Tillman and John (Bonnie) Tillman, sister Hazel (Reynold) Lindberg, 22 nieces and nephews. He was preceded by his parents, his sister's Joanna Koskekoteleacky and Kathy Stoneburg, as well as a brothers David and Carl Tillman.
He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, February 19, 2010 at 2:30 pm at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home.
