Lavall Valdes Woodhouse Sr., "Nino", 62 accepted his call to eternal rest on April 11, 2018. He was born August 15, 1955 to the late Mary S. Braye Woodhouse and William E. Woodhouse in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He was predeceased by his wife, Holly D. Woodhouse and a brother, William B. Woodhouse.

Nino attended First Colonial High School and joined the U.S. Air Force where he served 12 years and later retired from the Department of Defense.

He leaves to cherish his memory, two sons, Lavall Valdes Woodhouse Jr and Andre’ Jamal Woodhouse (Antonio); five grandchildren, Jordan I. Woodhouse, Tatijana R. Woodhouse, Lavall V. Woodhouse III "Tre", Kylee M. Wheeler and Brielle’ G. Woodhouse; five siblings, Roscoe E. Woodhouse, Jacob R. Woodhouse (Diane), Regenia B. Jamison (Willie), Cordellia Woodhouse, Marilyn A. Harvey (Barry); and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends; and a dear friend Ann Crump.
