Greetings fellow 463's/2W2's. I started out at Carswell (off base site) with D models & clip-in, was selected to go back to school house,as a SrA, taught basic, Mk 11, Mk 12, remote refresher. Moved to the Forks for Mk12/12A conversion, had a couple of trips to Vandyland. Went to Upper Heyford, then Loring , bomb shop ,closed the area. Moved to Wurtsmith bomb shop then QA then closed the area. Moved to Kirtland (Kumsec) and retired. I look forward to going to Knoxville, see you there.

I joined the A.F. MAR 75, and served as an 811X0 for 4yrs. I cross trained into 463 career field Mar 79. I believe I was the 2nd SP to do so. My first 463 assignment was Castle AFB, 79-81, Nick Carruso and Fred Selvetti. From there, Incirlik AB, 81-82, Troy Dobbs, Wayne Walm, Bob Mann's and many other great guys. I returned to Vandenberg, served there as an SP 76-79, assigned to Mk 12/12A shop, Bill Mcgaie (sorry Bill). I separated from AF at
Vandyland in Sep 85 and went to work at the former Nuclear Weapons Directorate SA-ALC. I was reunited with several 463's I had served with. Retired from NW in Mar 2000.
